BYAFA is in general the organisation responsible for Junior and Youth American Football within Great Britain, comprising both kitted and flag codes. The exception being that in Scotland Flag Football comes under the jurisdiction of the Scottish Flag Football Association who can be found using our Links Page.

Flag football is made up of three age groups, Cadet, Junior and Youth, while the kitted side of the game fields sides at Junior and Youth levels. The age groupings vary from time to time depending on outside factors but the current age groupings can always be found on our registration form.
