Complete QB is a Quarterback Development Program that provides High School and Youth Quarterbacks with a high level of instruction – in a Quarterbacks-only environment. Complete QB's Coaches are gifted and passionate about teaching young athletes. Our belief is that the Quarterback is football's most important position. With that in mind, we challenge all of the Quarterbacks we coach to work hard, learn, and have fun.

A few of the points of emphasis at Complete QB Camps, Team Clinics, and Individual Coaching Sessions are: development of sound mechanics; identification and improvement of areas of weakness; the importance of vision; footwork as an integral part of Quarterback play; and the need for consistent preparation.

Complete QB's Founder and Director is Chris Johnston. Coach Johnston is currently the Quarterbacks Coach at Hudson Catholic High School in Jersey City , NJ. Previously, Coach Johnston served as the Defensive Coordinator, Asst. Head Coach, and Quarterbacks Coach at Xavier High School in New York City. Coach Johnston has developed a solid reputation among his coaching peers for his ability to develop Quarterbacks.

Complete QB's coaching staff is comprised of top high school coaches, as well as current and former college Quarterbacks. Year after year, the Compete QB staff provides Camp, Team Clinic, and Individual Coaching Session attendees with outstanding instruction.
