Campers are housed; two per room and enjoy the superb athletic facilities Amherst has to offer.
Directing the camp is Head Coach E.J. Mills. E.J. Mills took the Amherst helm in 1997, succeeding current Yale head coach Jack Siedlecki after four years as a Lord Jeff assistant. Eleven seasons and 61 wins later, Mills has restored the tradition-rich Amherst football program as a perennial powerhouse and is widely recognized as one of the top head coaches and defensive minds in the NESCAC and all of NCAA Division III. Widely recognized as one of the top head coaches and defensive minds in the NEASAC and all of NCAA Division III, Mills has also served as the Amherst Defensive Coordinator for the last eleven years, twice guiding a group that has led the nation in scoring defense.
Mills is a 1988 graduate and past scholar athlete of the University of Dayton (Ohio), where he earned a degree in history and secondary education. Coach Mills brings to Amherst an enthusiasm unmatched in any college ranks. Assisting E.J. will be Amherst's assistant coaches Billy McBride and Don Faulstick.
