Youth Football Coaches Association welcomes any and all Pop Warner, AYF, PAL and Park & Recreation coaches and leagues to use it's resources to support the core fundamentals for teaching youth football. Coaches, parents and players can visit YFBCA.org to obtain information that will allow them to run a successful youth football program. It is also a place to share stories, thoughts and ideas with others involved in youth football around the country.
Membership to the Youth Football Coaches Association is FREE and open to any participant within the youth football community.
Certain programs require a small fee due to technology usage.

YFBCA.org is a vehicle to combine all the resources that exist in all the various aspects of media and collect them to one singular location. It is YFBCA.org goal to link resources required to successfully provide a positive environment for a youth football program.
The founder of Youth Football Coaches Association and current director is Joe Bouffard. Joe Bouffard, affectionately know as Coach Bouf, is a veteran of 16 years of coaching experience at various levels that include youth, high school and college.
While currently at New Canaan High School in Ct, Coach Bouf has coaches a passing attack offense that has lead to 2007 and 2008 Class MM State Championship.
Coach Bouf currently work as the New England Rep for Digital Sports Video, consulting with the area high school coaches on their video editing and scouting needs.
In 2007, Coach Bouf was asked to join Archie Manning on a panel to help choose a winner to the UPS Delivery Intercept Contest.
Coach Bouf is also a veteran of the clinic culture and has spoke on various youth topics at Mega/Glazier Clinics and the Big New England Coaches Clinics.
Coach Bouf also serves as site coordinator for the NFL JPD Program in Ct. Along with other regional coaches, he was instrumental in providing the NFL JPD program to young athletes in inner city areas of CT.
